Software Development Engineer – Ring Taipei

About the role

As a Software Development Engineer on the Ring Taipei team, you will help create innovative IoT products that connect millions of users worldwide. You will work in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where flexibility and rapid response are essential to success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship embedded software for Ring devices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through production.
• Provide technical leadership through proactive communication and ownership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (non‑internship).
• 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• Full software development life‑cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source‑control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
