Senior Sales Training Specialist – Surgery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Sales Training Specialist for its Surgery business in Taipei. The role translates global learning strategies into local programs that boost sales effectiveness, product expertise, and launch readiness across the MedTech portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Convert global and regional learning strategies into localized deployment plans and execution roadmaps.
• Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including field‑based training, simulation labs, virtual learning modules, and certification programs.
• Facilitate hands‑on training, case discussions, and competency assessments to ensure high‑quality learning experiences.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and regional stakeholders to drive continuous learning and field coaching.
• Maintain and expand a network of qualified trainers and facilitators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales training or learning development within the medical device or MedTech sector.
• Strong ability to adapt global content to local market needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
