Senior Data Analyst (AI Compliance)

About the role

Binance is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead AI‑driven compliance initiatives. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to transform massive data sets into actionable insights that support regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, mine, and model petabyte‑scale transactional, operational and customer data.
• Design and build complex visualizations and analytical models for compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with compliance stakeholders to prioritize high‑impact analytical use cases.
• Translate complex findings into clear visual dashboards and actionable recommendations.
• Manage data requests from business units and assess the impact of process changes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data science roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering analytical solutions in regulated financial or fintech environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SQL, Python, R
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik
• Big‑data technologies: Hadoop, Redshift, Spark, Presto, Hive
• Familiarity with machine‑learning and deep‑learning algorithms, including LLM implementation
