Sales Associate – Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate on a contract basis to join our boutique team. You will be the face of the brand, driving client acquisition, fostering loyalty, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit new clients, develop their loyalty, and achieve sales targets.
• Present the brand’s universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration to deepen client expertise.
• Personalize client relationships, anticipate needs, and provide after‑sales service and care advice.
• Respond to all visitor inquiries and ensure a seamless boutique experience.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit by actively participating in daily boutique activities.
• Master in‑store tools and adhere to commercial policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, engaging style.
• Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
