About the role

Lenovo is seeking an Instructional Design Engineer to convert existing training materials and subject‑matter expertise into engaging, interactive eLearning experiences for a global audience. The role blends instructional design, multimedia production, and emerging AI‑enhanced content creation to deliver high‑quality digital learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e‑learning courses, video‑based learning modules, and supporting training assets.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, product developers, and vendors to gather content and technical details.
