职位概况

lululemon 在台北忠孝復興门店招聘全职 Educator，负责为顾客提供产品知识、提升购物体验并推动社区活动。

主要职责

与顾客互动，提供专业的产品教育与咨询，确保卓越的顾客体验。
根据公司标准完成交易、退货及商品陈列等门店运营工作。
巡店并及时响应顾客及门店需求，收集反馈并协助改进服务。
策划并执行本地及区域社区项目，如跑步俱乐部、国际瑜伽日等。
与团队合作营造包容、多元的工作氛围，支持同事并共同达成门店目标。

任职要求

具备所在司法管辖区的合法工作资格。
高中或同等学历以上。
愿意弹性排班并在值班期间大部分时间在楼面服务顾客。
具备良好的沟通能力、诚信与团队合作精神。

必备技能

基本的门店运营工具使用能力。
