Talent Development Specialist

About the role

MKSMKS Instruments is looking for a Talent Development Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate learning and leadership programs that drive employee growth and support the company’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to identify development needs and create solutions that foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer learning and development initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess talent gaps and implement targeted development plans.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training and leadership development programs.
• Manage training logistics, communications, vendors, and learning records.
• Monitor participation, measure effectiveness, and provide reporting insights.
• Support talent management processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related HR function.
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR or learning management systems.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English for stakeholder communication.
