About the role

KLA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for its global semiconductor manufacturing business. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver high‑quality hires in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and develop recruiting plans.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate offer development, negotiations, and candidate closing.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in technology or engineering sectors.
• Strong sourcing capability and market intelligence.
• Excellent stakeholder partnership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver timely results.
