Sales Representative – Immunology (Taipei)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative specialized in Immunology to drive growth and build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals across the Taipei territory. You will deliver customer‑centric experiences that support better patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Identify and prioritize high‑potential healthcare professionals using customer and market data.
• Lead value‑based conversations, both in‑person and virtually, to understand customer challenges and decision drivers.
• Design and orchestrate omnichannel customer journeys tailored to individual needs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with opinion leaders, medical influencers, and healthcare professionals.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to inform territory plans, campaigns, and cross‑functional decisions.
• Collaborate compliantly with internal teams to develop solutions for unmet customer and patient needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a proven track record.
• Experience in immunology, specialty fields, or new product launches is a plus.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on execution and results.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
