Medical Lead – Rare Blood Disorders (Hong Kong & Taiwan)

About the role

Sanofi is seeking a Medical Lead to drive the strategy and execution of rare blood disorder initiatives across Hong Kong and Taiwan, ensuring scientific excellence and patient impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual medical action plan aligned with country and company strategic objectives, including clinical and epidemiological studies.
• Represent Sanofi at local medical meetings, symposiums and international congresses, delivering presentations and driving publications to support brand objectives.
• Build and maintain regional and global medical networks, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and lead the patient support service team of Nurse Educators.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, regulations and internal SOPs, and coordinate medical affairs SOP development.

Required profile

• Medical, Pharmacy or PhD degree (public health, paediatrics or related discipline preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
