Tax Specialist – Investment Structures (Cross‑Strait)

About the role
The specialist will provide tax advice and structuring support for cross‑strait investments between Taiwan and mainland China. The role focuses on advising on investment categories, methods, limits, and tax treatments to help clients manage risk and optimise returns.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver tax advice on cross‑strait investment structures.
- Develop restructuring plans for Taiwan’s listed (OTC) investment entities.
- Assist companies and individuals with mainland investment and outbound investment applications.
- Handle establishment, maintenance, and changes of overseas companies.
Required profile
- Proactive team player with strong pressure resistance and willingness to work overtime.
- Honest, careful, patient, and open‑minded with a good learning attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Medium‑level English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
