Strategic Account Manager – Taiwan

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead its most important hotel partners in Taiwan. The role sits at the crossroads of commercial strategy, partner growth and market intelligence, requiring a data‑driven, consultative approach to drive sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior and C‑level hotel stakeholders through joint business plans, market intelligence and data‑driven insights.
• Manage a complex portfolio of strategic hotel partners, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term relationship development.
• Translate data and market insights into actionable commercial strategies and tailored recommendations.
• Utilise AI‑enabled tools and analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive partner performance across supply health, pricing competitiveness, direct share, campaign participation and strategic initiatives.
• Identify root causes of business challenges and develop scalable, commercially impactful solutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Supply and Regional teams.
• Handle partner escalations and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the Area Manager with country reporting, business reviews and strategic presentations for senior leadership.
