About the role
Boston Consulting Group is seeking experienced consultants to join its Greater China team. You will work on high‑impact projects that reshape businesses, governments and societies across Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Taipei.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business problems for global clients.
- Conduct hypothesis‑driven analyses, develop strategic recommendations and support implementation.
- Travel to client sites domestically and internationally as required.
- Contribute to a wide range of projects, from merger integration strategies to sustainable farming initiatives.
- Gradually specialize in practice areas and deepen expertise through BCG’s mentorship and learning programs.
Required profile
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving approach.
- Excellent numerical and quantitative skills.
- Team‑oriented, positive attitude and effective communication.
- Business‑level proficiency in both Chinese and English.
