Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Kaohsiung

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full‑cycle recruitment for KLA’s Kaohsiung operations, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high‑quality candidates in a competitive semiconductor market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media and recruiting tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Facilitate interview and selection processes, providing guidance on market trends and competitive hiring practices.
• Handle offer development, negotiations and candidate closing while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions and delivering timely hires.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and HR business partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
