RPO Recruitment Consultant (On‑site FMCG)

About the role

Join Adecco’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team as an on‑site recruitment consultant for a leading multinational FMCG client. You will act as the dedicated talent acquisition partner, managing the full hiring cycle and collaborating closely with hiring managers to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the FMCG client, from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure efficient communication among stakeholders.
• Serve as the on‑site recruitment liaison, fostering strong client relationships and delivering high‑quality recruitment services.

Required profile

• Recruitment experience in‑house, agency, or RPO is a plus.
• Client‑facing mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self‑driven and able to work autonomously in a client‑facing environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
