职位概况
负责为酒店高层提供工程、环境及运营效率的专业建议，统筹工程部财务及资本项目，确保设施安全、合规并实现节能目标。
主要职责
- 制定并监控维修预算、资本计划及工程规划。
- 管理资本项目资金分配，执行五年资本规划。
- 推行能源管理计划，设定节能目标并定期报告。
- 确保遵循法规及消防规范，审查安全程序。
- 组建并管理技术团队，挑选顾问与承包商。
任职要求
- 机械、电子或设施管理等相关专业本科以上，硕士优先。
- 8-12 年设施管理经验，至少3 年五星级酒店管理岗位。
- 具备多学科维修团队管理经验，具备出色的分析与解决问题能力。
必备技能
- 工程预算与资本规划
- 能源管理与节能项目
- 法规与消防安全审查
- 项目团队组建与供应商评估
