Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. seeks a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to produce polished visual assets and manage the firm’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This remote independent‑contractor position blends hands‑on design work with content planning, scheduling, and quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Create professional, clean, and brand‑consistent graphics for social media, website banners, blog images, ads, brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, business cards, logos, and other assets.
• Develop and maintain monthly social‑media content calendars aligned with firm priorities, legal topics, and audience needs.
• Schedule, publish, and verify posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Adapt designs to platform‑specific dimensions and formats, and maintain organized, editable template libraries.
• Perform basic photo editing, image retouching, and create short‑form videos, Reels, captions, subtitles, and thumbnails as needed.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic judgment with the ability to produce sophisticated, cohesive visual work.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Excellent project‑management skills and a proactive approach to content coordination.
• Comfortable using AI tools and professional design software to enhance efficiency.
