Senior Product Designer (AI-Native)

About the role

We’re looking for a full‑time Senior Product Designer (AI‑Native) to shape experiences for our enterprise SaaS platform. You will move fluidly between product thinking, interaction design and front‑end implementation, using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to turn ideas directly into working interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design, from customer discovery and workflow mapping to implementation, testing, and iteration.
• Use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools to build and iterate on front‑end experiences directly in code.
• Implement user‑facing interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS while collaborating with engineers.
• Create functional prototypes and working product slices to test assumptions and speed up iteration.
• Design AI‑native workflows, including research, AI‑generated analysis, source attribution, and human decision‑making.
• Establish reusable design‑system patterns with components, interaction states, responsive behavior, and accessibility considerations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product design, UX/UI, or related experience with a portfolio of shipped products.
• Hands‑on design‑and‑build mindset using AI coding tools to turn concepts into working front‑end experiences.
• Strong interaction design and visual craft with a high bar for information hierarchy and usability.
• Experience making complex, data‑intensive enterprise SaaS products clear and usable.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for international customer calls.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and owning design from 0 to 1.
