Senior Product Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Design Engineer to lead the development of new and existing mechanical products, ensuring they meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake product design and development while solving technical issues.
• Develop protocols, perform verification and validation testing, and build prototype designs for proof of concept.
• Conduct design verification to ensure compliance with customer specifications, IEC and Telcordia requirements.
• Communicate product progress and facilitate decision‑making across core teams and functional groups.
• Support pilot manufacturing by ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and internal personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanics or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with mechanical CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, Pro‑E or similar tools.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
