Finance Manager

About the role

bolttech is a fast‑growing global insurtech seeking a Finance Manager to ensure the Finance Function (controlling, accounting, tax and corporate secretarial) runs smoothly and supports business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile balance‑sheet and general‑ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial analyses, local and group reports, profit‑and‑loss projections and forecasts.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Support annual audit preparations and prepare VAT and local tax returns.
• Develop and maintain SOP manuals for accounting policies and roll‑out reconciliation procedures.
• Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs and procedures.

Required profile

• Impact‑driven and proactive in addressing issues.

• Clear communicator who listens and provides timely information.
• Adaptable and resilient when plans change.

Required skills

• Professional qualification such as ACCA or CA, or a degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• Strong, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate command of written and spoken English.
