Premier Relationship Clerk/Officer

About the role

The position provides high‑quality professional services in a retail banking branch, aiming to meet and exceed customer service standards for Premier clients. The role supports the Premier Relationship Manager (PRM) and works closely with the Sales Floor Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager (CSM) to deliver premium service to Premier customers.
• Support the PRM in managing Premier client relationships and achieving performance targets.
• Identify and refer potential business opportunities and service needs to the PRM.
• Handle branch administrative tasks (excluding teller and cash services), such as Premier account opening, transaction processing, documentation, and report generation.
• Manage Premier room resources and safety‑deposit boxes.
• Perform mortgage loan processing and other non‑cash operational tasks for PVA customers.
• Liaise with colleagues from other business lines to deepen customer relationships.
• Follow a personal development plan agreed with the supervisor to continuously improve knowledge and service skills.

Required profile

• College degree or higher with prior experience in the financial industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with evident sales potential.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and internal banking systems.
• Basic English communication skills are a plus.
