Assistant AR & Credit Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager in Credit / AR Management. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, global environment, helping to ensure healthy cash flow while supporting business growth across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess credit applications to support responsible business expansion.
• Monitor accounts receivable and work closely with regional finance team to ensure timely collections.
• Partner with sales and operations to resolve issues and enhance customer relationships.
• Analyze AR data and provide insights to improve performance (e.g., DSO, overdue balances).
• Support month-end reporting and credit risk management.
• Contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit control, AR, or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Experience in logistics or multinational companies is an advantage.
