Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

Lead the financial planning and analysis function for a global CDMO, overseeing strategic planning, operational finance, and business partnership across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, long‑range plan, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlook for all CDMO sites.
• Build integrated financial models covering revenue, COGS, EBITDA and free cash flow, and translate pipeline and contracts into rolling forecasts.
• Oversee cost accounting, variance analysis, inventory valuation and suite‑level utilization analytics.
• Partner with Business Development on pricing, proposal models and change‑order economics.
• Provide financial partnership to site heads, lead CapEx planning and post‑investment reviews, and support M&A due diligence.
• Own monthly close activities, variance commentary and executive reporting for CEO, CFO and Board.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in FP&A within a CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams and driving process improvements.
