Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the hotel’s online presence, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels and driving strategic campaigns that enhance guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as guardian of the Brand Communication Manual, providing guidance on all brand‑related matters.
• Assist the Director of Marketing Communications in planning, coordinating and executing social media and online media campaigns.
• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the hotel, aligning initiatives with brand positioning.
• Prepare annual goals and budgets, monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions.
• Manage the social media and e‑marketing operating budget.
• Plan and develop promotional and communication strategies via internet, social media and e‑DM Blitz.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or online communications, preferably within a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel digital campaigns, including social media, website content, email marketing and online advertising.
• Experience collaborating with influencers, media partners, digital agencies and third‑party platforms.
