Market Executive – Taiwan

About the role

We are looking for a Market Executive based in Taiwan to support our hotel partner network across Trip.com Group’s platforms. You will act as the main liaison between hotels and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate content delivery and effective promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to hotel partners and manage the hotel supply network.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local hotel partners, coordinating with cross‑functional departments.
• Train new hotels on the extranet, guiding them on rate and availability management.
• Assist in hotel activation and manage supplier accounts in collaboration with Market Managers.
• Resolve issues related to accounting, allotment, notifications and cancellations.
• Conduct market and competition research, evaluate results and recommend follow‑up actions.
• Prepare business review reports and coordinate special deals and promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of hotel content and photos for both new and existing listings.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative requests and operative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in e‑commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation, coordination or revenue/yield management.
• Business‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented, fast learner able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dynamic, positive attitude and strong team player.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
