Customer Success Partner – Strategic Sales & Account Management

About the role

Roche is seeking a Customer Success Partner to drive sales, build strong customer relationships and support the launch of new products in the medical diagnostics market. The role combines strategic account management, distributor collaboration and compliance‑focused sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales targets and prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• Support implementation of marketing plans, new product launches and special projects.
• Report market information and intelligence while ensuring full compliance with Roche’s Business and Competition policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to capture new opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Identify and develop business opportunities, collaborate across functional teams and implement a sales management process to prioritize customers and prospects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in a hospital or laboratory environment, with proven expertise in distributor and key‑account management.
• Demonstrated leadership in sales team motivation, agile working principles and matrix‑environment collaboration.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in native Mandarin and intermediate English.
• Good compliance track record with no material violations in the past five years.

Required skills

• Miller Heiman sales methodology (green/blue and gold sheet).
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting and presentation preparation.
