Business Tax Specialist – Tax & Transfer Pricing

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Business Tax Specialist to support subsidiaries, branches of foreign companies, and large listed Taiwanese firms with a wide range of tax services. The role focuses on tax attestation, advisory, and compliance, helping clients navigate complex domestic and international tax environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax attestation services, including VAT input tax audit attestation, for foreign subsidiaries and large Taiwanese companies.
• Deliver tax advisory on transfer pricing, M&A transactions, tax due diligence, and applications for tax incentives.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, country‑by‑country reports, and master files for multinational clients.
• Assist with investment and equity structure planning for SMEs and companies preparing for IPO.
• Offer individual and family succession tax planning, estate and gift tax consulting, and filing.
• Advise on Controlled Foreign Company (CFC) regulations and provide tax administrative remedy services.

Required profile

• Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Optimistic, proactive, creative mindset with strong communication abilities.
• High level of interest in continuous learning.
