Senior Accountant

About the role

Based in Taipei, the Senior Accountant reports to the Taiwan Controller and is responsible for auditing distributors, managing product claims, and supporting month‑end close activities. The role ensures compliance with company policies, accurate reporting, and timely resolution of audit findings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site distributor audits, end‑customer reviews, and participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end processing of customer product claims, including tracking, review, negotiation and settlement.
• Analyze distributor reports, system data and internal reports; prepare performance metrics and audit reports.
• Provide accounting and financial support for month‑end close and ad‑hoc projects.
• Monitor claims administration to reduce costs and drive best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or audit.
• BS/BA degree in accounting or a related field.
• English writing and speaking ability.
• CPA or CIA certification preferred.
