职位概况
负责在台中客户无尘室现场进行半导体制程设备的组装、安装、搬移、系统校验与维护，提供技术支持并确保设备性能符合规格。
主要职责
- 现场完成设备装配、管线配置、改装及通电前点位标记。
- 执行系统校准、启动、检查程序并记录报告。
- 诊断故障、排除问题，为客户提供培训与技术沟通。
- 遵守客户安全规定，提供电话、网络或现场技术支援。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，电机、机械、电子、航太或自动控制相关专业。
- 2-5年半导体制程设备安装/维护经验，熟悉无尘室安全程序。
- 能穿无尘衣、上下梯、搬运≤40kg重物。
- 持有有效驾照，具6小时安全培训证照。
必备技能
- 熟悉Main Fab Thin Film、Dry Etch、Clean、Metrology任一设备。
- 阅读电气、气体线路图及机械图纸。
- 使用三用电表、水平仪、扭力板手等工具。
- 具High‑voltage RF generators或Plasma设备经验者优先。
- 英文/日文读写能力（TOEIC≥400，JLPT N3）。
