About the role

Super Micro Computer is looking for a reliable Warehouse Labor associate to support daily operations at its Bade facility in Taiwan. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, label, and store incoming goods according to company standards.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and timely dispatch.
• Record inventory movements, locations, and levels using computer applications.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts, packing, and general housekeeping tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training certificates are a plus.
• Relevant work or internship experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
• Good communication skills in Chinese; basic reading and writing in English.
• Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to company policies.
