Warehouse Coordinator (倉管助理)

About the role

Konecranes, a global leader in material handling solutions, is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Kaohsiung. The role supervises the day-to-day running of warehouse functions, with a focus on receiving and issuing goods, delivering them on time to their destinations and taking part in the annual stock take.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and issue goods and documents such as transfer orders, sales orders, picking lists and delivery notes, and update SAP so that records match the accounts.
• Store goods neatly to make the best use of warehouse space.
• Carry out stock takes and inventory checks so that stock levels stay accurate and consistent with book value.
• Make sure goods transfers, returns and packaging follow company regulations.
• Issue and receive spare parts and update records in the MDTW server database.
• Handle cannibalised items according to the Cannibalisation and Restoration Form, follow up on part restoration and update SAP.
• Keep the warehouse tidy under 5S standards and follow EHS procedures and standards.
• Ensure materials and warehouse processes are implemented and recorded in line with the QMS.
• Inspect cranes and forklifts regularly and complete related forms such as checklists and near-miss reports.
• Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor and be aware of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Required profile

• High school level education or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Good communication skills.
