Supply Chain Management Director

About the role

The Supply Chain Management Director will lead the Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering functions and sit on the factory’s Management Team. This senior position works closely with Business Line, Global Supply Chain Organization, and Factory Operations to ensure optimal order loading, output, and utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production planning and scheduling for IC Assembly and Test Plant, focusing on Wafer Test, IC assembly and final test.
• Drive investment requests and resource allocation to meet supply targets within cost constraints.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, including order entry, administration, and delivery, ensuring compliance with customer service standards.
• Coordinate with global supply chain partners to meet or exceed delivery requirements.
• Implement Lean‑based process improvements for supply chain and resource planning.
• Lead new system implementation projects in SCM and related scopes.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and WIP monitoring processes.
• Resolve escalated delivery issues and act as escalation point for factory supply plan matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5‑10 years of experience in supply chain, order management or fulfillment, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and complex manufacturing operations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or other supply chain management systems.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
