职位概况
负责台北士林voco酒店及智选假日酒店的财务运营与业务支持，确保资产安全，提升盈利能力。
主要职责
- 监管酒店全部财务及会计事务，定期向业主汇报财务状况。
- 制定并执行年度预算，提供数据分析支持，发现成本节约机会。
- 管理团队日常工作，培训并评估绩效，推动利润导向决策。
- 监督应收、应付、现金流及信贷流程，确保对账准确。
- 审查定价策略，参与销售会议，管理供应商合同。
任职要求
- 会计或财务专业学士学位或同等学历。
- 4-8年酒店会计或审计经验，至少1年助理财务总监或同等管理岗位经验。
- 熟悉酒店租赁、工资、资产管理、税务申报等业务。
- 持有专业会计或财务证书者优先。
- 流利中文，能使用英文工作。
必备技能
- 财务分析与预算编制。
- 会计对账与现金流管理。
- 熟悉酒店行业财务流程。
