职位概况

本公司位於台中的高端精品酒店，尋找具備豐富營運管理經驗的營運長，負責制定與執行營運策略，提升營收與品牌價值。

主要职责

制定並執行酒店短、中、長期營運發展策略，提升住房率、平均房價與每房收益。
負責年度預算規劃與損益管理（P&L），建立營運指標與績效管理制度。
領導前廳、房務、餐飲、業務行銷等跨部門團隊，建立高績效組織文化。
打造具市場辨識度的品牌定位，導入在地文化、藝術與永續概念，提升顧客滿意度與忠誠度。

任职要求

10年以上飯店或旅宿產業經驗。
曾擔任飯店總經理、駐店經理、營運總監、Hotel Manager、Resort Manager 或 Cluster General Manager 等職位之一。
具完整飯店營運管理經驗，能夠帶領團隊達成營運目標。
