Vertical Planning & Operations Manager (Strategic Partnerships)

About the role

Klook is seeking a manager to lead vertical planning and operations for strategic partnerships. You will shape the competitiveness of our supply quality, drive measurable performance impact, and act as the primary liaison for implementing global operational innovations locally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, project prioritisation and KPI setting while motivating the team to achieve outcomes.
• Identify high‑value commercial opportunities within key strategic accounts and design operational roadmaps to capture them.
• Champion complex cross‑functional projects, aligning diverse department goals to deliver high‑impact results.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, securing senior buy‑in and resource commitment.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery with a relentless focus on completion.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of experience in sales, operations, strategy or project management, preferably with strategic partnerships or account management.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to spot and capitalise on strategic account opportunities.
• Exceptional project governance skills, able to steer cross‑team collaborations toward aggressive goals.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving, logical reasoning and marketplace knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, innovative, adaptable and results‑driven attitude.
