职位概况
负责集团整体数位客户体验流程的规划与介面设计，依据数位体验原则，制定易用的流程与介面模块，提供可行的设计方案。
主要职责
- 从概念发想到视觉落地，规划并执行数位服务全流程的介面设计，确保创新与可行性。
- 维护与优化集团设计系统，提升跨平台与跨产品的视觉与体验一致性。
- 与子公司、业务单位及开发团队紧密合作，推动产品数位体验优化，实现业务目标。
任职要求
- 学士以上学历。
- 3年以上数位产品设计经验，具备完整的产品设计流程实战经验。
- 中等程度英文能力。
必备技能
- 精通 Figma，熟悉 Auto Layout、Design Tokens、Prototype 等功能。
- 扎实的 UX 设计基础，熟悉数位产品的设计原则、版面配置与视觉层级。
- 具备跨部门沟通协作能力，能将设计价值转化为业务影响。
- 独立思考与解决问题能力，能在压力下保持设计质量与效率。
