Technical Recruiter – Contract Staffing (Taiwan)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end contract staffing for IT roles in Taiwan. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, screening and placing technology professionals across a range of domains for our enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT contract positions in Taiwan.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, networking and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and functional competencies.
• Coordinate interviews, provide regular updates to candidates, hiring managers and clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals for current and future needs.
• Negotiate rates, availability, notice periods and onboarding timelines.
• Collaborate with account managers, clients and vendors to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and meet KPIs, turnaround time and hiring targets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment with a focus on IT contract staffing.
• Proven track record recruiting for the Taiwan IT market.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with staffing firms, consulting companies or system integrators is highly preferred.
