Talent Development Specialist

About the role

The Talent Development Specialist will support the Talent Development Manager (APAC) in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives that boost employee performance and align with business objectives. This role combines instructional design, facilitation, and analytics to create engaging learning experiences across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and digital learning experiences using varied instructional methods.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify skill shortages and performance gaps.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, department heads, and HR partners to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
• Measure program impact through feedback, performance metrics, and other assessment tools, adjusting content as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies.
• Travel 10‑20% across APAC regions to support on‑site training and program rollout.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development, training design, or related fields.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and observe details closely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Articulate or similar e‑learning authoring tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
