HR Director – Strategic Leadership Role

About the role

This senior HR leadership position will shape and execute comprehensive human resources strategies that align with the business objectives of a technology and telecoms company in New Taipei. The role offers strong business upside as the organization continues its transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies supporting overall business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs effectively.
• Lead employee‑relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace.
• Drive organisational development and change‑management initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance and support to senior leadership.
• Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics for efficiency and alignment.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies and policies.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the technology and telecoms sector is advantageous.
