HR Consultant - Rewards Consulting

About the role

Join Marsh's Workforce and Rewards team in Taipei as an HR Consultant focused on rewards consulting. This hybrid position requires you to be in the office at least three days a week and involves working on remuneration surveys for various industries and cities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze reward survey data, market benchmarks, peer‑group information and client data to generate clear insights on pay and benefits.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with compensation and benefits survey clients, responding to queries, coordinating requests and supporting a positive client experience.
• Contribute to the annual production of compensation and benefits survey reports, including market findings, key trends and client‑ready content.
• Support survey renewals, identify upselling opportunities and introduce relevant Workforce & Rewards solutions.
• Work as a project team member, managing assigned deliverables, checking data quality and meeting timelines in collaboration with the Operations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources or accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR‑related fields or 1 year of consulting experience.
• Highly motivated, strong team spirit, good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
• Organized, efficient and committed to high‑quality, timely delivery.
• Willingness to travel to different cities.
