About the role
Michael Page is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the delivery of client RPO and MSP hiring programmes. You will work closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to generate, select, and onboard top talent across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, expectations and timelines.
- Support monthly reporting on recruitment stages, including D&I metrics.
- Act as the client’s storyteller, promoting culture, strategy and opportunities to candidates.
- Utilise sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, internet mining, employee referrals and networking events.
- Identify and engage talent in hard‑to‑reach markets and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Provide data‑driven market insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment, RPO or MSP environments.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills.
- Inquisitive nature and passion for helping candidates find the right role.
