Supply Chain Manager – End-to-End Planning

About the role

Ring is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead its end‑to‑end supply chain planning team. You will oversee material readiness, demand‑supply balancing, and inventory control for hardware and accessory components across the APAC region, while supporting product sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure material readiness and availability for sustain and mass‑production builds.
• Track and coordinate program deliverables, flagging risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Identify and mitigate long‑term supply chain risks from new designs, escalating constraints when needed.
• Develop and execute risk‑buy and buy‑ahead plans to guarantee on‑time delivery and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
• Perform regular supply‑demand analysis with second‑tier suppliers.
• Lead material allocation across programs based on sales priority and production needs.
• Maintain weekly clear‑to‑build reports and summaries for accessory programs.
• Conduct timely E&O reviews with ODMs/CMs to manage liability exposure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory or operations management.
• Proven background in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and global contract management.
• Experience driving process improvements and conducting operational/financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional, global teams.
