Supply Chain Inventory Analyst

About the role

Join Cisco's Supply Chain Operations team as a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst. You will ensure inventory data integrity and support seamless supply chain processes through accurate reporting and system reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce daily inventory reports and reconcile data across enterprise planning systems.
• Manage inventory reconciliation, scrap coordination, and audit compliance activities.
• Generate and distribute inventory status, aging, and open purchase order reports on a regular schedule.
• Maintain process documentation and support internal and external stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, or logistics support.
• Strong proficiency with enterprise planning systems such as Oracle.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like PowerBI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows.
• Clear verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.
