Warehouse Operations Support Specialist

About the role

Celestica is looking for a Warehouse Operations Support Specialist to oversee daily warehouse activities in its Taipei facility. The role combines supervision of material flow, inventory control, and coordination with production lines to ensure timely delivery of components.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, distribution, shipping, finished‑good picking, packaging supplies and off‑site warehouse operations.
• Lead, schedule, train and mentor a team of material handlers and clerks while enforcing safety protocols.
• Oversee daily cycle‑count program and work with the Inventory Analyst to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate material movement from storage to production lines for complex assemblies such as liquid‑cooling modules.
• Ensure accurate processing of all material movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP/MRP systems.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory locations, labeling and handling practices to meet quality standards.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience managing materials and logistics in a manufacturing, distribution or high‑tech assembly environment.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage, motivate and train operational staff in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic proficiency with ERP/MRP inventory modules.
• Knowledge of barcoding and scanning technology.
• Understanding of cycle counting and inventory reconciliation procedures.
• Operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
