Supplier Quality Manager

About the role

Verkada is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to lead the factory execution layer for its hardware products. The role will build and own the supplier quality function across Taiwan and Southeast Asia, translating quality problems into concrete fixes and holding the authority to halt production when necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of cross‑product factory issues, driving implementation of fixes through suppliers to verified closure.
• Build yield and failure data infrastructure, including automated alerts and quality dashboards.
• Establish regular yield reviews, monitor PCBA, functional test, burn‑in yields and time‑to‑failure analyses.
• Partner with hardware engineering on DFM/DFT reviews and lead NPI quality activities.
• Own the supplier CAPA program end‑to‑end, ensuring root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and ISO‑compliant records.
• Close the loop from field failures to supplier corrective actions, coordinating weekly quality reviews with supplier leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supplier quality for hardware manufacturing.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional issues to closure on defined timelines.
• Familiarity with CAPA processes and ISO audit requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to build and interpret quality data dashboards.
