Supervisor, Transport Management

About the role

The Supervisor, Transport Management will lead G-EDM’s global transport management initiatives, driving process improvement, digitalisation and change management across all transportation modes. This role works closely with supply‑chain teams, stakeholders and expert communities to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in developing and implementing G-EDM’s business strategy, process improvements and digitalisation initiatives.
• Lead the optimisation and automation of transport‑management processes worldwide, acting as the global point of contact.
• Guide supply‑chain teams to define NGBA end‑state solutions, finalise process models and align with best practices.
• Identify country‑specific features, run NGBA workshops, deliver role‑based training and produce user documentation.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress and represent G‑EDM in logistics and transport forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport or logistics management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation and digital transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultures.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and deliver training to global teams.
