About the role
The Stock Keeper is responsible for maintaining well‑organized shelves and a safe shopping environment. You will support the sales floor by stocking merchandise, handling inventory tasks, and assisting teammates with routine operations.
Key responsibilities
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and keep the sales floor tidy.
- Execute inventory tasks following established procedures.
- Train and coach colleagues on non‑routine transactions, shelf replenishment, and product presentation.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve atypical cases.
- Coordinate work schedules, assign short‑term tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Prioritize workflow to meet quality and timeliness standards.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary non‑tertiary education.
- Sound experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
- Limited managerial experience.
