About the role
Micron Technology is looking for an Engineer to support its FST Warehouse operations in Taiwan. The role focuses on inventory management, operational excellence, compliance, process optimization and reporting, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory by receiving, inspecting, storing incoming materials and performing cycle counts to keep accurate records.
- Execute timely picking, packing and shipping while maintaining 6S standards and a clean warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and audit requirements, and support internal and external audits.
- Identify inefficiencies, standardize processes and drive improvement initiatives, including automation and AI integration.
- Analyze data and produce daily/weekly reports on inventory accuracy, shipment performance and operational KPIs.
