職位簡介

AmazingTalker 正打造連結全球學生的教育平台，並透過 2024 年併購 HiLink Inc. 快速建構跨國合規架構。資深法務將直接參與國際擴張決策，與產品、營運、客服共同制定法律策略。

主要職責

主導日本、韓國、美國、歐洲等市場的法規分析與合規架構設計
獨立起草、審核、談判中英文商務合約，建立可複製的範本與流程
統籌各國外部律師資源，推進執照申請與合規認證
將法規要求轉化為可執行的產品與營運政策，並建立風險預警機制

任职要求

法律相關科系學士或碩士學位
3 年以上企業法務或律師事務所經驗
能獨立起草、審核、談判中英文商務合約
英文書寫與口說流利，能與外國律師溝通
加分項：中華民國律師資格、科技業或教育產業法務經驗、GDPR/APPI 及跨境支付合規經驗

工作條件與福利

新北市新莊區辦公室，彈性上下班（9:00-12:00 上班，18:00-21:00 下班），月薪 60,000 至 80,000 新台幣，14 個月薪資
優於勞基法的病假事假、週休二日、15 天特休假
健身房、瑜珈課、按摩椅、辦公設備等
