Software Engineer III – Asset Management Client Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer III to join JPMorgan Chase’s Asset Management Client Technology team. In this senior‑level position you will work within an agile squad to design, develop and deliver secure, high‑quality technology solutions that support the firm’s asset‑management business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy production‑grade code using Java, Python, React and related technologies.
• Implement and maintain AI‑assisted development tools and autonomous agents that enforce code quality and security standards.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure applications are stable, scalable and compliant with security policies.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI frameworks and cloud services to improve the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test and operate complex systems.
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
